Reset Your Password
If you have forgotten your password or are locked out of your account, you can reset it via the Microsoft self-service portal.
Self-Service Reset
- Go to the link above
- Enter your Jamboree account address (
firstname.lastname@unit.jamboree.chorfirstname.lastname@jamboree.ch) - Verify your identity via the Microsoft Authenticator app or your registered backup method
- Set a new password
Your new password must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 12 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
No Access to MFA?
If you no longer have access to your authenticator app and cannot complete the self-service reset, contact Jamboree IT directly:
