Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or are locked out of your account, you can reset it via the Microsoft self-service portal.


Self-Service Reset

Reset Password (Microsoft)

  1. Go to the link above
  2. Enter your Jamboree account address (firstname.lastname@unit.jamboree.ch or firstname.lastname@jamboree.ch)
  3. Verify your identity via the Microsoft Authenticator app or your registered backup method
  4. Set a new password

Your new password must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 12 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character

No Access to MFA?

If you no longer have access to your authenticator app and cannot complete the self-service reset, contact Jamboree IT directly:
